Rick Lewis is a seasoned software engineering leader with extensive experience in developing and managing financial applications and software architecture. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Software Engineering at Guild since September 2019, Rick oversees the Tuition Reimbursement and Academic Sponsorship financial applications, processing over 30,000 requests annually to support underrepresented workers' educational pursuits.
