Sean Kelley

Sean Kelley is the CEO and Founder of Sage&Sea Ventures, providing advisory and angel investment services since June 2020. In addition to this role, Kelley serves as Executive in Residence and Co-Director of the Veteran Transitions Research Lab at Duke University's Fuqua School of Business. Kelley's board and advisory positions include companies such as HootRecruit, Cold Steppe, Stepchange, Karat, Disclo, Purepost, Chronically Capable, and Guild Education, focusing on leadership, inclusivity, and workforce development. Kelley's educational background includes a BS in Economics and General Engineering from the United States Naval Academy, an MS in Global Leadership from the University of San Diego, and specialized training in supply chain management from the United States Navy Supply Corps School.
