Stephanie Gaither is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business operations and management consulting. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Business Operations and Engagement Manager for Employer Solutions at Guild since July 2021, Stephanie has also contributed as an Investor and Board Member for Concrete Rose Capital since January 2022. Previous roles include Management Consultant at Deloitte and Guidehouse, and Operations Lead for Americas East and Canada Policy Campaigns at Airbnb. Stephanie’s early career included significant roles at The White House, where responsibilities involved supporting the Office of Management and Budget. Stephanie holds a B.A. in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland.
