Diana Harris

Diana Harris, MHA, serves as the Director of Clinical Services at Guild Services, overseeing the operations of AMH Targeted Case Management teams to deliver quality, person-centered services while fostering a culture of servant leadership among team leaders. Previously, at ResCare Community Living, Diana managed programs to ensure compliance with state regulations for residential services and engaged community stakeholders in educational initiatives related to Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS). Diana's experience includes roles as Lead Case Manager at Imagine Enterprise, where responsibilities encompassed case management and work incentive counseling, and Provider Service Coordinator at Community Options, Inc., involving supervision of staff and HR processes. Diana holds a Master of Health Administration from LSU Shreveport and a Bachelor of Science in Criminology from Texas A&M University-San Antonio.
