Harry Hepple

Harry Hepple is an experienced land professional with a strong background in the retirement and later living sector. Currently serving as Land Director at Guildmore Ltd., they have an extensive history of acquiring care homes and a proven track record in sourcing and negotiating land deals from conception to completion. Previously, Harry held key positions such as Land Director at Lifestory and Renaissance, as well as Senior Land Manager at Renaissance Retirement. Harry earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies from the University of Central Lancashire and also studied Business Studies at the University of the West of England.
