Laura Summerlin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in member and customer service management. Currently serving as the VP of Member Experience at GuildQuality since August 2006, Laura has also held the position of Director of Membership Services within the same organization. Prior to this role, Laura managed Concierge Services at Coldwell Banker Success Realty from January 1999 to June 2002, contributing to the enhancement of client relations and service delivery in the real estate sector.
