Robert Williamson is the Director of Preconstruction at Gulf Stream Construction, a position held since 2024. Previously, they served as Chief Estimator at Gulf Stream Construction from 2019 to 2024, and as Director of Operations at H & J Contracting of SC, LLC from 2012 to 2019. Earlier in their career, Robert worked as a Project Manager/General Superintendent at Three Oaks Contractors, Inc. from 2009 to 2012. They hold a BA in Public Administration Accounting from UNC Pembroke, earned in 1992. Passionate about the construction industry, Robert is dedicated to finding innovative ways to attract, train, and retain the next generation of professionals.
