Gullett was established in 1972 in Houston, TX and has been a trusted pipeline service company for over 40 years. We have successfully performed large and small projects throughout Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma and 10 other states along the gulf and east coasts of the United States. Our clients count among the largest pipeline companies in the United States, and our employees are professionals of the highest integrity and skill. We are continually updating our techniques, reviewing our methodologies and upgrading our tools to remain a leader in technology and best practices. We specialize in running projects efficiently, on time and under budget on any scale, and we are always looking for companies to add to our long list of loyal and satisfied clients.

We provide services during all phases of a pipeline construction project, including Preliminary, Issued- For-Bid (IFB), Issued-For-Construction (IFC) and As-Built project phases. Our expert teams consist of Right-of-Way agents, title document specialists, GIS analysts, CAD technicians, Certified Professional Land Surveyors, and Survey crews as well as advanced technology technicians for drone, 3D laser scanning and dimensional control.
Our personnel are available on a project-by-project basis, thereby eliminating the need for our clients to increase staff size and incur additional employee costs. We employ detail-oriented employees who take pride in executing projects meticulously, accurately and promptly. Our company mantra is “Do it right the first time,” and we strive day-in and day-out to live by it.

At Gullett, our deep understanding of construction requirements and capability to mobilize anywhere in the United States, makes us uniquely qualified to serve your company's project needs.
