This is accomplished by uniting storytellers, digital artists, filmmakers, journalists, climate advocates, indigenous groups, and scientific experts.

The name "Gul-Re" holds deep significance, drawing from both historical tradition and folk wisdom. Similar to terms like "Oracle Bone" and "Scapula," "Gul-Re" is used by the Baloch tribes of Balochistan to describe a tool for divination. By examining goat or sheep shoulder bones, Baloch seers predict events ranging from weather patterns to social changes.

"Gul-Re" merges "Gul," meaning "flower" and symbolizing beauty and growth, with "Re," representing mountains in Balti and the ideas of renewal and transformation. This combination reflects a vision of regeneration and humanity’s ability to heal and live in harmony with nature.
