Currently serving as Head of Marketing and Vice President at Gump's San Francisco, Jessica focuses on digital marketing and customer engagement. Previously, at the University of California, Berkeley, Jessica taught Design Thinking as a Professional Faculty member. Jessica's tenure at Peet's Coffee included various senior roles, where responsibilities ranged from retail marketing and international market entry strategy to product innovation and brand management. Jessica holds a BA in Political Science from Brown University and an MBA with Distinction from the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
