Raphat To-on is the AVP of Strategy Planning Investment at Gunkul Engineering Public Company Limited, where they focus on feasibility studies, financial modeling, and risk management. Prior to this role, Raphat served as an Investment & Strategy Manager at Energy Absolute PCL, specializing in project analysis and financial decision-making. They have extensive experience in investment planning and mergers and acquisitions, having worked as an Investment Specialist at Sea Oil Public Co. Ltd and a Financial Analyst Manager at Benchachinda Group. Raphat holds a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Petrochemical Technology from King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology.
