The Gunma Bank, Ltd. is a regional bank that operates in three business segments. The Banking segment is engaged in the deposit, loan, marketable securities and investments, as well as domestic and foreign exchange businesses; the sale of public bonds, investment trust and insurance products, as well as the trust business. The Leasing segment provides financial services, such as leasing services and others, to regional clients. The Others segment is engaged in the delivery of goods, the maintenance of cash automated equipment, the guarantee business, the credit business, as well as the development and sale of systems. As of March 31, 2014, the Company had seven subsidiaries.
