Ken Smith

Ken Smith is a Partner at gunnercooke llp, bringing over 30 years of experience in resolving property litigation disputes and specializing in the complexities of major development schemes. Previously, Ken served as a Partner and Managing Partner at KSB Law, and held partner roles at Davies Arnold Cooper LLP and Ashfords LLP, where they were also the Head of the London Office. Ken has worked with various clients, including commercial and residential property developers and investors, providing expert legal counsel on development issues to ensure successful outcomes. Ken earned a law degree (LLB) from the University of Southampton between 1973 and 1976.
