Sameer Huda

Sameer Huda is a Corporate M&A Partner with extensive experience in M&A and Private Equity transactions, having trained and worked at prominent law firms in the UK before heading the Corporate department at a major independent law firm in Dubai for 15 years. Under their leadership, the Corporate team achieved significant accolades, including a Band 1 ranking by Chambers Global from 2013 to 2020. Since returning to the UK in 2020, Sameer has engaged in various projects alongside practicing law and, in 2024, co-established Tiberius Capital Partners, focusing on investments in the UK healthcare sector. Sameer is also pursuing degrees in Mathematics with Management at Imperial College London and in Law at The College of Law.
