Brian Vliet

Brian Vliet has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Brian currently works at Guns.com as a Senior Graphic Designer, where they create digital and print assets for email marketing campaigns and promotional materials related to the gun industry. Prior to this, Brian served as the Director of Graphics & Media for the Richmond Retrievers Special Hockey Club, where they were responsible for creating visual content, photography, and assisting with social media to promote the club's mission of making hockey accessible for individuals with special needs.

Brian is also the Owner & Founder of Ponderers Branding Club, a business they started in 2020. Additionally, they have worked as a Team Leader at a Chick-fil-A franchise, where they operated and maintained the drive-thru ordering service and trained new employees.

Brian's previous roles include serving as a Brand Ambassador at Castle Hill Cider, a Graphic Design Intern and Social Media Manager for the Richmond Generals hockey club, and a Graphic Design Intern at WORK Labs. Brian also worked as a Shift Lead at a Chick-fil-A franchise, where they were responsible for preparing food, managing employees, and handling daily produce orders.

Between 2016 and 2019, Brian studied at Virginia Commonwealth University, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Creative Advertising.

In 2015, Brian attended Old Dominion University and pursued a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design.

From 2013 to 2015, Brian studied at John Tyler Community College and obtained an Associate of Applied Arts degree in Visual Arts Communications.

Brian's educational journey began in 2008 at J Sargeant Reynolds Community College, where they obtained an Associate of Science degree in Social Science in 2013.
