Eric Duea

Eric Duea is a Consultant at Gunter Group. Eric was previously the Co-Founder of Underdogs United, a sports + sustainability company with a mission of uniting global communities through the power of sport to advance climate action. With Underdogs United, Eric developed climate action programs and services, established a marketing campaign to fund distribution of clean cookstoves in rural East African communities, led on business development activities, and developed a customer relationship management platform.

Prior to their work with Underdogs United, Eric was the Sunriver, Oregon Member Relations Manager at Sunriver Resort. In this role, they drafted and executed aggressive sales plans designed to attract and establish new members despite challenging membership trends within the resort and club business. Eric also established new club communication mediums to increase member retention and grow member participation through the use of online platforms such as Facebook and online reservation system. Additionally, Eric created new member events and added additional programming to drive Food & Beverage revenue within club operations and build social culture within the club.

Eric Duea graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, PGA Golf Management, and Resort Management from Methodist University. Eric then went on to earn their MBA in Sustainable Systems from Pinchot University. Eric is also certified as a Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance.
