Abel Rodriguez began their work experience in 2006 as a Business Analyst at American Express, where they worked until April 2017. Abel then joined Infor as a Product Support Analyst, providing technical and operational support to customers and partners. In August 2020, Abel started working at Wavy Global as a Customer Service Coordinator, a role they held until February 2021. Currently, they are working at Gupshup as a Customer Support Consultant, starting in February 2021.

Abel Rodriguez attended Universidad Tecnológica de México from 2008 to 2012, where they studied Tecnología de la información. Abel obtained several certifications, including the Scrum Developer Professional Certificate (SDPC), the Scrum Master Professional Certificate - SMPC®, the Lifelong Learning certificate from CertiProf, and the Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate, all in 2021.
