Gaurav Tomar is an experienced sales professional who has worked in various companies in the telecommunications and technology industry. Gaurav is currently serving as the Associate Director - Sales at Gupshup, where Gaurav is responsible for selling CPaaS, Contact Center, GenerativeAI, and CX solutions. Prior to this, Gaurav held positions at Knowlarity and ValueFirst, where Gaurav focused on selling voice solutions, consultative selling, and onboarding enterprise accounts. Gaurav has a strong background in sales, account management, channel partnerships, and business development across different regions including EMEA, APAC, Middle East, and Africa. Gaurav holds a PGDM in Marketing and International Business from Galgotias College of Engineering and Technology and a Bachelor's Degree in BBA - Management from IIMT Group of Colleges.
