Pratikkumar Chikhaliya has over a decade of experience in AI, NLP, and Generative AI, currently serving as an Engineering Manager at Gupshup, where they lead cross-functional teams and execute AI strategies that enhance multilingual adoption and reduce quality assurance efforts. They have previously held roles that involved developing AI solutions in banking, retail, and real estate, achieving significant reductions in customer service costs. Pratikkumar holds a Master's degree and M.Phil. in Applied Linguistics from the University of Hyderabad and is currently pursuing an executive program in data science and AI at Accredian.
