Ravi Patel

Ravi Patel has a diverse work experience. Ravi is currently serving as a Senior Technical Solutions Engineer at Gupshup since March 2022. Before joining Gupshup, they worked as a Software Developer in 2020. Ravi also held the position of Network Support Engineer at iBAHN from March 2013 to April 2016. In this role, they were responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through responsive technical support, tracking and escalating issues, maintaining VLANs, and monitoring switches and access points.

Ravi Patel started their education at Matruchhaya High School and Junior College in 1996, where they completed their SSC degree. Ravi then went on to pursue their HSC degree at Prahladrai Dalmia Lions College of Commerce & Economics from 2006 to 2008. Later, Ravi attended LN College Of Management And Technology from 2008 to 2011, where they earned their Bachelor of Computer Application degree in the field of Computer Software Engineering.
