Tejas Chavan

Tejas Chavan has extensive work experience starting from 2014. Tejas began their career as a Project Trainee (Intern) at Trivia Software, where they worked on a School ERP project involving backend development and application development using Oracle database and C#. Tejas also wrote technical and functional specifications and assessed customer needs.

After their internship, Tejas joined Wipro Infotech Private Limited as an Application Support, where they provided support for various applications.

In 2016, they joined Verchaska (VE.Simplify Travel) as a Database Developer. In this role, they developed and deployed PL/SQL code, designed Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence platforms, created ETL processes using Pentaho Spoon ETL tool and PL/SQL programs, and extracted/rendered data from/to XML/JSON files using Postgres and MS SQL XML and JSON functionalities.

Tejas then moved to BARC India in 2021 as a Data Engineer, where they continued to utilize their skills in data engineering until 2022. Currently, they are working as a Data Engineer at Gupshup, starting in 2022.

Tejas Chavan obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai from 2011 to 2015. Later, they received a Master's degree in Data analysis for Business Intelligence from the University of Leicester from 2019 to 2020. Tejas also holds additional certifications in Oracle 12c from Oracle, which they obtained in April 2016, and Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) from NIIT Limited, although the specific month and year of obtaining this certification are unknown.
