Frédéric Baumann has held various roles in the technology industry since 1994. Frédéric began their career as a Consultant at Axlog in 1994 and then moved to Trialog as an R&D Manager in 1995. In 1998, they joined ILOG as a Technical Account Manager Senior, Professional Services Manager Europe, Industry Marketing for Financial Services WW, and Consultant. In 2007, they became the Presales and Professional Services Director at Oslo Software, followed by a role as the Director of Customer Care & Customer Marketing at Neolane - Adobe in 2008. In 2014, they joined Teradata as the Director of Operations, Sales & Marketing for Western Europe, where they deployed a sales strategy based on new product offers and partnerships, launched a local marketing plan, and conducted a change management project with a new CRM platform. This resulted in an 18% growth on revenue, the best international performance. In 2017, they became the VP of Information System & Organisation and Director of Customer Success EMEA at Ivalua. Frédéric is currently the Director of Business Development for Western Europe, Middle East, and Africa at Gurobi Optimization.
Frédéric Baumann began their education in 1980, when they attended Sigis and obtained a Baccalauréat Série C in Science. From 1987-1989, they attended Lycée Henri IV, where they obtained a Math. Sup / Spé M' in Mathematics and Physics. From 1989-1992, they attended CentraleSupélec, where they obtained an Ecole Central Paris - Real-time computing in Information Technology. Finally, from 1992-1993, they attended University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, where they obtained a DESS in Portfolio Management, Finance, and Accounting. In 2011, they also obtained a Sony Vegas Certified Editor certification from Sony.
