Ryan Dunlap

Ryan Dunlap has worked in various public accounting firms since 1997, starting as a Senior Auditor and Consultant. In 2002, they were hired by Nike as a Project Lead for Corporate Audit. Ryan moved to KPMG US in 2005 as a Senior Manager for Business Assurance, where they developed deep technical accounting expertise. In 2007, they were recruited by Vestas as a Director for Financial Accounting and Reporting. Ryan then joined Moss Adams LLP in 2008 as a Senior Manager for Business Assurance. In 2012, they were hired by Galena Biopharma, Inc. (NASDAQ: GALE) as a Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and was promoted twice during their tenure. In 2016, they joined MolecularMD as the Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Operating Officer. In 2019, they became the Chief Financial Officer of Gurobi Optimization and in 2022, they joined CytoDyn as a Board Member.

Ryan Dunlap obtained a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Oregon - Charles H. Lundquist College of Business between 1994 and 1997. Ryan also holds a Certified Public Accountant certification from the Oregon State Board of Accountancy.
