Silvana Quintero

Silvana Quintero has a long and impressive career in marketing. Silvana began their career in 2008 as a Channel Campaign Consultant for Oracle, where they planned and developed training programs and marketing initiatives for Latin America and for top partners and distributors in Colombia and Ecuador. In 2012, Silvana moved to Primestone S.A. as Marketing Director, where they developed and implemented marketing policies, programs, and activities related to market research, promotion, product, and brand management to support aggressive growth goals. Later that same year, they took on the role of Marketing Manager and Marketing Director at Anixter, where they managed strategic initiatives and business objectives of global and regional organizations, and led the creation of the first digital marketing team in Latin America. From 2017 to 2021, Silvana worked as a Senior Integrated Marketing Manager and Integrated Marketing Manager at Minitab. Most recently, in 2021, they began working as the Global Ecosystem Marketing Director at Gurobi Optimization, where they strive to help companies make better decisions through the use of prescriptive analytics.

Silvana Quintero received their Electronic Engineer degree from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana between 2003 and 2008, specializing in Spanish and English. Silvana then went on to obtain their Marketing Manager Specialist degree from Universidad Externado de Colombia between 2010 and 2012, specializing in specialized sales, merchandising and marketing operations. Finally, Silvana Quintero earned their Executive Master of Business Administration-EMBA from Loyola University Chicago between 2016 and 2018.
