Alan Strauss

Alan Strauss has over 18 years of experience in financial management, accounting, and HR roles. From 2022 to present, they have served as Chief Financial Officer at GuruShots. From 2021 to 2022, they were Chief Financial Officer at ARTSYS360, where they were responsible for all aspects of financial management and HR related functions, and was involved in the company's plans to go public on TASE. From 2018 to 2021, they served as Finance and Site Director in Israel for Axell Wireless. From 2016 to 2018, they were CFO at ZORE, where they were responsible for all aspects of financial and HR management, and was actively involved in fundraising efforts. From 2015 to 2016, they were VP of Finance at Lumio Inc & Lumio Ltd, where they managed all financial reporting and tax reporting. From 2009 to 2015, they were Finance Director at Axell Wireless, where they managed all financial, tax reporting, legal, HR, and operational aspects of the Israeli subsidiary. From 2004 to 2009, they were Corporate Controller/Director of Finance at Lumenis Ltd, where they managed the global accounting and financial reporting operations team. Finally, from 2003 to 2004, they were Manager of Financial Processes & Controls at NICE Systems, where they initiated SOX compliance program and assisted the CFO with the annual 20-F filing.

Alan Strauss holds a B.S. in Accounting from Yeshiva University and an MBA in Corporate Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
