The Project Management team at Gurzu is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of software development projects. Led by the Director of Project Delivery and supported by Project Managers, the team ensures that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations. They coordinate cross-functional collaboration, manage resources, and implement best practices to drive project success and client satisfaction.
