Kellen P. has a diverse work experience. Starting in 2005, they worked as a Humour Editor for The Peak: SFU's Student Newspaper where they curated and edited humor essays and satirical articles. In 2008, they took on the role of Concert/Event Production Manager for Freelance, managing logistics for music performances and overseeing a team of performers and technicians. Additionally, they worked as a Writer for Ion Magazine, contributed to Vancouver Film Industry in film production, and served as a Store Manager for Independent Flixx, a video store catering to film enthusiasts. From 2011 onward, they joined Gust, initially working as a QA | Support Specialist and transitioning to roles such as Customer Support Manager, Senior Customer Support Manager, and eventually becoming the Head of Customer Support. In their roles at Gust, they focused on improving customer support operations, aligning customer needs with business strategy, and leading cross-departmental initiatives.

Kellen P. earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with a major in Film Production and a minor in Communications from Simon Fraser University between 2004 and 2008. In 2003, Kellen also took a summer intensive course in Cinema Television at the University of Southern California. In 2016-2017, Kellen completed a 10-week Product Management course at General Assembly.
