Allison Balachowski

Allison Balachowski is an experienced People Operations Manager and Human Resources Business Partner at Gusto since August 2019, contributing to a modern platform that supports small businesses with payroll, health insurance, and HR services. Prior to Gusto, Allison worked at OppenheimerFunds from March 2014 to May 2019 as an Operations Supervisor while also serving on the Diversity and Inclusion Steering Committee, where significant accomplishments included enhancing employee training and retention, leading community volunteer initiatives, and achieving a high score on the Human Rights Campaign's Corporate Equality Index for three consecutive years. Allison holds a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership with a focus on Strategic Innovation and Change Management from Colorado State University Global, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
