Amy Lai has over a decade of experience in software development and web development, currently serving as a Software Engineer at Gusto since December 2018. Prior to this role, Amy held the position of Lead Web Developer at GeneDx from March 2013 to December 2018, where responsibilities included developing software for genetic testing laboratory data processing and managing a small team of developers. Amy's technical foundation was built during training at Dev Bootcamp, where skills in web application development using Ruby, Rails, and JavaScript were acquired.
