Diego Long

Diego Long has extensive experience in payroll implementation and operations, having served in various roles at Gusto since 2016, including Head of Payroll Transfers (Implementation) and Senior Manager, Implementation. In earlier positions, Diego specialized as a Payroll Implementation Consultant and contributed to the Audit Team within Payroll Operations. Prior experience includes a decade in immigration law as an Immigration Paralegal, focusing on managing complex caseloads and client communications. Diego Long holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Hartwick College and graduated from Choate Rosemary Hall.
