Dion Evans

Dion Evans is a skilled professional with extensive experience in payroll services and operations management. Currently serving as a DSP at Gusto since March 2022, Dion previously held the position of Senior Payroll Consultant at PayTech from January 2020 to January 2022. Prior to that, Dion worked for ADP as the COS Payroll Team Lead, where responsibilities included supporting the Operations Manager in daily activities and team management. Dion began a career in payroll processing as a Payroll Coordinator at Per-Se Technologies, managing critical financial processes such as General Ledger and year-end activities. Dion is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership at Southern New Hampshire University, alongside educational credentials from Walden University, Southern California School of Ministry, and The Master's University.
