Jacob Brown

Jacob Brown, M.B.A., is an experienced operations leader currently serving as the Interim Director of Operations at Gusto since December 2019. In this role, Jacob oversees three benefit operations departments, directs a team of eight managers and over 120 employees, and manages operational responsibilities for a large customer base across multiple states. Previous accomplishments include developing onboarding processes that significantly reduced the time for managers to achieve full functionality and enhancing operational efficiency through automation. Jacob's prior experience includes roles as Operations Manager at Allodial Title LLC and extensive positions at Manley Deas Kochalski, LLC. Jacob holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Operations and Leadership from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Philosophy from Denison University.
