Jonathan Tran

Jonathan Tran is a Product Designer at Gusto, where responsibilities include enhancing the online people platform for small businesses. Previously, Jonathan co-founded Applied2020, a summer design program aimed at developing product and UX design skills for students, supported by industry mentors. Jonathan also served as a Design Consultant for the City of Seattle, focusing on improving recruitment and retention processes. Additional experience includes roles as a User Research Intern at Intuit and a Research Assistant involved in presenting research at CHI 2019. Jonathan's academic background includes multiple teaching assistantship positions at the University of Washington, where skills in web technologies and design ethics were taught. Jonathan holds a degree from the University of Washington, completed in 2019.
