Misty Smith

Misty Smith is the Head of Technical Product Operations at Gusto, a role they commenced in 2024. With over a decade of experience in building Operations and Customer Experience teams, they previously served as the Manager of Customer Engagement Operations at Gusto and held various positions at organizations including Notion and UC Berkeley University Health Services. Misty earned a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus on Cognitive Linguistics from the University of California, Berkeley, and has devoted 20 years to engaging with communities through both volunteer and professional work in tech and public health.
