Monique Jackson

Monique Jackson, MBA, serves as the Head of Community at Gusto, where responsibilities include leading the integration of Community, DEI, and Benefit teams to enhance employee experiences and drive strategic engagement initiatives. Previous roles at Gusto include Head of RISE (Chief Diversity Officer) and Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, focusing on fostering inclusive workplace cultures and implementing data-driven DEI strategies. Monique is actively involved as an Elite Member of The Black In HR and previously contributed as a Public Speaker for Badassery. Other relevant experience includes managerial roles at companies such as Luxottica, WeWork, Target, and YMCA of Greater New York, alongside co-founding Coin Financial Planning Concierge. Monique holds an MBA from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Rutgers University.
