Tom Goren

Tom Goren has a diverse background in software engineering and infrastructure management, with extensive experience in leading cloud infrastructure projects. Currently, at Gusto, Tom is involved in cloud infrastructure. Previously, at Stytch, Tom spearheaded a 0-downtime compute cluster migration strategy and improved system performance significantly through various implementations. Other notable positions include Senior Software Engineer at Wistia, where Tom modernized infrastructure and developed skills in Go and Ruby, and at ClassPass, contributing to product development and infrastructure management. Tom's career spans several companies, including roles at White Ops, Globality, Inc., and Expensify, with foundational experience in Linux systems administration at companies like Metacafe and VideoSurf, and a focus on infrastructure throughout. Tom is currently pursuing a BA at Wilmington University, examining the Human Condition.
