Will Alexander

Will Alexander is an accomplished professional in account management and customer success, currently serving as the Head of Account Management and Head of Dedicated Customer Success at Gusto since March 2024. Previously, Will held the positions of Vice President of Account Management and Vice President of Customer Success at Navan from September 2022 to August 2023. Additional experience includes serving as Global Head of Customer Success & Scale at Hopin and leading customer success initiatives at Hired, Inc., where Will was both Head of Customer Success for North America and a Founding Customer Success leader for Expansion & Scale in EMEA. Early career roles include account management and customer experience positions at Grey London, Apple, and Hard Rock International, along with recruitment experience at Hays. Will holds a degree in Business with a focus on Globalisation & Innovation from The Manchester Metropolitan University and completed a program in Disruptive Strategy & Innovation at Harvard Business School.
