Joaquín Belaunde

Joaquín Belaunde is an experienced art director and creative professional with a strong background in advertising and design. Starting as a trainee at Pragma DDB in 2010, Joaquín worked with notable companies such as Movistar, Honda, and Rimac Insurance. Progressing to junior art director at VMLY&R, collaborations included Toyota and Movistar. Joaquín served as art director at Volver d6 and later held senior art director roles at McCann Lima and Circus Grey, contributing to campaigns for major clients like Coca-Cola, MasterCard, and DirecTV. As a co-founder and creative director at Newnormal from 2020 to 2022, Joaquín demonstrated leadership and creative vision. Currently, Joaquín is a senior art director at GUT and has also shared knowledge as a professor at Brother Escuela de Creativos. Educational qualifications include a technical professional title in graphic design from IPP.
