Pepe Chamorro is an accomplished entrepreneur and executive vice president at Globant GUT. Beginning their entrepreneurial journey in 1996 with the founding of Digital Bates, Pepe led the company to become a top interactive agency in Spain, earning prestigious awards and working with major clients like Telefónica / Movistar. Over the years, Pepe held leadership roles at notable firms including JWT and Delvico, and played a significant part in the Cannes Lions Creativity Festival as a judge and jury president. In 2014, Pepe co-founded HABITANT, a venture focused on innovative solutions, which was sold to Globant in 2021, furthering their commitment to excellence in the digital marketplace. Currently, Pepe continues to lead and innovate across multiple initiatives, including as a partner at Valhalla® and co-founder of the Digital Innovation Center.
