Jen Healy

Jen Healy has a diverse work experience in project management and operations. Jen is currently serving as the Senior Director of Project Management at GutCheck, where they manage approximately 35 projects from initiation to closure on a monthly basis. Jen is responsible for developing schedules, determining resources, performing risk management, and utilizing project management software. Jen also monitors and controls projects using metrics and targets. Prior to this role, Jen served as the Director of Project Management at GutCheck.

Before joining GutCheck, Jen worked at Kantar for over a decade in various roles. Jen started as an Assistant Project Manager and gradually climbed up the ladder. Jen has held positions such as Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, Manager of Project Management, Director of Quality Assurance, Charting, and Partner Management, and Senior Manager of Quality Assurance, Charting, and Partner Management. In these roles, they led regional teams, developed and implemented new processes, and supervised teams responsible for quality checking deliverables.

Overall, Jen Healy has extensive experience in project management, operations, quality assurance, charting, and partner management. Jen has successfully managed key accounts, collaborated with client service teams, and implemented process improvements for stronger client deliverables.

Jen Healy attended Grand Valley State University from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Management. In addition to their formal education, Jen has obtained several certifications through LinkedIn. Jen obtained certifications in various areas such as Agile Product Owner Role: Foundations, Agile Software Development, Agile at Work: Planning with Agile User Stories, Critical Thinking, Influencing Others, Leading with Emotional Intelligence, Prioritizing Effectively as a Leader, Scrum: The Basics, and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in June 2020. Jen also obtained a certification in Agile Requirements Foundations in May 2020. Prior to that, in December 2019, they obtained certifications in Conducting Motivational 1-on-1 Reviews and How to Be a Positive Leader (Blinkist Summary). In July 2019, they obtained a certification in Managing High Potentials.
