GutHealthy is a dietitian-designed digital support platform for digestive symptoms, starting with a structured 12-week gut health programme.

Many people with bloating, constipation, loose stools, IBS-type symptoms or food-related uncertainty are told to track symptoms, adjust their diet or wait for further support — but are left to figure out the daily implementation alone.

GutHealthy helps users follow a clear, evidence-informed programme with practical nutrition guidance, symptom and habit tracking, personalised daily support and clear next steps.

Founded by Irish dietitian Aoife McDonald, GutHealthy is being built as a scalable support layer for digestive health — helping users feel more confident day to day, while supporting better conversations with GPs, dietitians and healthcare professionals.

We are currently validating GutHealthy with early users and exploring future distribution through healthcare, workplace wellbeing and digital health partners.
