Alan Lin

Alan Lin is currently the Head of CSS - Pacific at Guy Carpenter, a position held since 2025. Previously, Alan served in various leadership roles at Aon, including Director - Head of Premiums and Claims and Chief Operating Officer for Greater China. Prior to that, Alan was a Divisional Director in Reinsurance Operations at Willis Towers Watson and began their career as a Reinsurance Claims Technician at Willis Towers Watson Australia. Alan earned a Master of Design Science from the University of Sydney between 2003 and 2005.
