Ben Savill currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer for the Pacific Region at Guy Carpenter, a position held since April 2024. Prior to this role, Ben worked at Convex Insurance as Chief Underwriting Officer for Bermuda from May 2019 to December 2022. Ben also held the title of CEO and Group Chief Underwriting Officer at Fidelis Insurance from October 2015 until March 2019. Earlier in Ben's career, a long tenure at Amlin plc spanned from January 1997 to April 2015, where multiple roles included Head of North American Treaty and Leading Class Underwriter, among others. Ben holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marine Biology from Queen Mary University of London, completed in 1996.
