Conor Sweeney

Conor Sweeney is a skilled actuary with extensive experience in aviation reinsurance and risk management. Currently serving as a Senior Actuary at Guy Carpenter since April 2023, Conor previously held multiple roles at Canopius Group, including Portfolio Strategy and Risk Manager and Investment Risk and Operations Manager, from June 2018 to April 2023. Prior to that, Conor worked at Willis Towers Watson as an Investment Consultant and Senior Investment Analyst between November 2015 and June 2018, and at Canopius Group as a Capital Modelling Analyst from August 2012 to November 2015. Conor's career began as an Actuarial Placement Student at Invesco Limited in 2010. Conor holds a degree in Actuarial Science and Risk Management, Finance from Queen's University Belfast, completed in 2012.
