Donte Riddick is an accomplished insurance professional with extensive experience in actuarial science and broking. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Broking at Guy Carpenter since July 2025, Riddick previously held significant roles at Homeowners of America Insurance Company, including Vice President and Chief Actuary, as well as Associate Actuary from November 2015 to July 2025. Prior to that, Riddick worked at Chubb Insurance from August 2008 to October 2015, progressing from Actuarial Analyst to Senior Actuarial Analyst, and later to Actuarial Specialist, focusing on personal lines predictive modeling. Riddick began a career in the insurance industry as an Actuarial Analyst at the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation, handling Workers' Compensation, after gaining experience as a Technology and Education Instructor at the Boys and Girls Clubs of America. Riddick earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Actuarial Science from Florida State University in 2007.
