Jacob Orvis

Jacob Orvis has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jacob started their professional career at Panera Bread in 2005, where they held various roles such as food prep, cashier, and dining room attendant. In 2007, Jacob worked as an Irrigation Specialist at Water Management Services Corp. After that, they joined Hamline University in 2007 and held several positions, including Student Receptionist, Weight Room Attendant, Facilities Services, and Shadowing the Budget Director of Athletics. From 2011 to 2012, Jacob worked as a Proprietary Trader at Tower Hill Trading. Jacob then joined The Custom Companies, Inc. in 2012 as an Accounts Payable Clerk. In 2016, Jacob joined Guy Carpenter as a CSS Technician and later progressed through roles such as Reinsurance Analyst I and II, AVP Client Support Services, and VP Team Manager.

Jacob Orvis earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Mathematics from Hamline University, which they attended from 2006 to 2010. Prior to that, they received a Diploma from Zimmerman High School, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. Additionally, in 2019, they obtained the Associate in Reinsurance (ARe) certification from The Institutes.
