Jerard Balaskantha is currently the SVP of Cyber Risk at Guy Carpenter, having begun this role in 2025. They previously served as a Senior CAT Analyst at MS Amlin from 2022 to 2025 and held various CAT Risk Analyst positions at Ariel Re, Aspen Re, and W. R. Berkley Corporation between 2007 and 2017. Jerard earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from King's College London between 2002 and 2005 and is currently pursuing education at Havering Sixth Form College.
