Jon Tatlock is the Vice President of Property Fac at Guy Carpenter, having taken on this role in 2025. Jon previously served as a Product Manager at Next Insurance from 2021 to 2023 and worked in various capacities, including as a Reinsurance Broker and Catastrophe Risk Analyst at Aon from 2017 to 2021. Prior to this, Jon gained valuable experience through internships at State Farm and AXIS Capital.
