Keith Wolfe has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and positions in the insurance and reinsurance industry. Keith is currently serving as the Chief Commercial Officer North America at Guy Carpenter. Prior to that, they served as a Member of the Board of Trustees at Maryland Auto Insurance, where they were appointed by Governor Larry Hogan and held various responsibilities including chairing the Risk Committee and setting investment strategy.

Before joining Guy Carpenter and Maryland Auto Insurance, Keith Wolfe had an extensive career at Swiss Re, starting in 2007. During their time at Swiss Re, they held multiple positions including President US P&C, Managing Director, Senior Vice President, and VP/Client Manager for XL Capital. In these roles, they led teams to drive business growth through client relationships and expanded the profitability of the company's P&L.

Prior to Swiss Re, Keith Wolfe worked at GE/Swiss Reinsurance where they held positions such as VP/Regional Business Leader and Six Sigma Black Belt. As a Six Sigma Black Belt, they managed quality process improvement initiatives and mentored project managers in process assessment and improvement skills. Keith also served as an IT Project and Training Manager, where they oversaw the restructuring of IT systems and developed training programs for employees.

Keith Wolfe has an MBA degree in Strategy, International Business & Organizational Behavior from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. Keith also holds a BS degree in Fire Protection Engineering from the University of Maryland. In terms of additional certifications, Keith Wolfe is a member of YPO and obtained the designation of CPCU from The Institutes in 2008. Keith is also a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the State of Connecticut, obtained in January 1998.
