Luca Tres

Luca Tres currently serves as Head of EMEA Strategic Risk and Capital Life Solutions at Guy Carpenter since June 2021. Prior to this role, Luca was a Partner at Securis Investment Partners LLP from January 2015 to May 2021, leading global life operations and focusing on risk sourcing and transaction structuring for life funds. Luca's extensive experience at Deutsche Bank from July 2007 to December 2014 included positions as Vice President in Structured Insurance & Bank Solutions Europe and in Financing and Risk Management Solutions for Swiss Clients. Previous roles include a position in M&A at Goldman Sachs and a recruiter in the Italian market at Academy International. Luca holds an MSc in Finance from Università Bocconi, graduating summa cum laude, and has completed studies at Fudan University and a summer workshop at Scuola Normale Superiore.
